Privacy policy
Last updated: 13 September 2026.
This policy explains what personal data we collect through newaifactory.com, what we use it for and how we protect it, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Data controller
American Lean Software Development LLC, which operates this site under the trade name New AI Factory. For any privacy matter, write to info@newaifactory.com.
2. What data we collect
- Call request forms, present on nearly every page: the project type, the phase it is in and your email address. Nothing else. We ask for no phone number, no name and no company.
- Contact form (/contact/): your first name, your email and the project details you write. If you complete the optional second step, also your last name, company, project type and timeline.
- Playbook requests: the playbook you ask for, in addition to the fields above.
- Technical data sent with the form: the page you sent it from, the language and, where present, the campaign parameters of the link you arrived through.
- Site usage: first-party, pseudonymised statistics about navigation — pages viewed, time on page, scroll depth, clicks, device, browser and referrer.
3. What we use it for and on what legal basis
- To contact you and continue the conversation you start, including the thirty-minute call and the written summary afterwards.
- To send you any playbook you request.
- To understand which content is useful and improve the site.
For the forms, the legal basis is your consent, given when you submit them, together with our legitimate interest in handling a commercial enquiry you started yourself (Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR). For usage statistics, our legitimate interest in operating and improving the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. How your browsing relates to your contact details
While you browse, this site keeps a pseudonymised identifier in your browser that is not linked to any identified person. If at some point you submit one of the forms, the browsing recorded under that identifier becomes associated with the contact details you give us, so that we can respond coherently and know what you were looking at before writing to us.
You can prevent this by rejecting storage in the cookie notice, by clearing your browser's local storage before submitting the form, or by browsing in private mode.
5. Recipients and processors
The technology providers needed to host the site, run the analytics and manage the relationship with people who write to us act as data processors. If the work ends up being delivered by another company in the same group, we pass on your contact details for that sole purpose. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or for any other purpose, except where legally required.
The identity of each processor is recorded in the controller's record of processing activities and can be provided on request by writing to info@newaifactory.com.
6. International transfers
The controller is incorporated in the United States, so the data you send us is processed in that country. Transfers from the European Economic Area rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent mechanism under Chapter V of the GDPR. To derive approximate location from the IP address we also use an IP geolocation service based in the United States, under the same safeguards.
7. Retention
We keep your data while the commercial relationship or mutual interest continues, and afterwards for any legally required periods. You may request deletion at any time. Browsing records are kept for a maximum of 30 days on this website's server and up to 12 months in the controller's centralised analytics system, as detailed in the cookies page.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to info@newaifactory.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Link between your browsing and your contact details
If you have given us your email address through a form on this site, we may link that address to the browsing activity described above, in order to handle your enquiry with context and to tailor our response to what actually interests you. This linking takes place within our relationship-management system, is not used for behavioural advertising and is not disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes. You may object at any time by writing to info@newaifactory.com.
9. Security
The whole site is served over HTTPS and form submissions travel encrypted.
10. Cookies
We run first-party analytics: pages visited, time on page, scroll depth, clicks and form interaction, together with your IP address and the approximate location derived from it. A notice lets you accept or reject it; if you reject, your browsing is not recorded. No third-party analytics and no advertising cookies. Full detail on the cookies page.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
